TORONTO MOTORCYCLE SHOW – DECEMBER NOTEBOOK

TORONTO (December 17, 2019) – The Toronto Motorcycle Show presented by NFP opens at the Enercare Centre, Exhibition Place in less than 10 weeks. Here are a few show news updates before we break for the holidays.

KAWASAKI Z400 ABS UP FOR GRABS
Canadian Kawasaki is back at the Toronto Show with a chance for enthusiasts to win a new motorcycle.

One lucky person will win an all-new Kawasaki Z400 ABS in the Kawasaki “Own The Street” Giveaway. The Z400 delivers ultralight handling with strong low-end power ideal for rider-friendly, nimble street riding. Whether confidently navigating the city streets or parked strikingly on a street corner, this bike is sure to turn heads.

This motorcycle draw is open to all show attendees (over the age of 18) by visiting Kawasaki’s booth from 12 pm to 4 pm on Saturday February 22nd, 2020 and completing an electronic ballot.  The draw will take place live at the show that day at 4:15 pm.

LATIMER TO STRUT HIS STUNT TALENTS AT SHOW
Canadian stunt riding star Craig Latimer – master of Wheelies, Stoppies, Head Stands and Burnouts – has been confirmed for this year’s show, marking the fourth appearance for the Alberta-based performer at the Enercare Centre. He’ll be joined by Toronto’s Cesare Costantini for their street bike freestyle stunt-riding shows all three days of the event.

CLUTCH SOCIETY REVVING UP THE TORONTO MOTO SCENE
Last month we announced Clutch Society – an all-new “show-within-the-show” that will celebrate the best of custom motorcycle culture and will be the gathering place at the show where riders can refuel with friends while checking out amazing custom bikes, indie brands and artists.

The Moto Foto’s Dan Lim is producing this major feature in collaboration with the show, and he reports that response from the community has been strong and encouraging. “Since announcing Clutch Society, I’ve been blown away by the excited anticipation about the show from the GTA moto scene,” Lim said.

“Some of the GTA’s most respected custom bike builders and lifestyle brands have now confirmed their participation in Clutch Society.  There will be more than 20 one-of-a-kind bikes on display for visitors to soak up and enjoy, as well as a great mix of community events that showcase some of the very best of what the custom motorcycle scene can offer.  I’m so stoked and can’t wait to share the passion with you all.  Stay tuned for more details in the new year.”
